Das Clean Kochset

Finally, a cutting board that doesn't shed those tiny plastic bits into my food—the plant-based surface feels solid and cleans up easily, and the knife pairs with it perfectly for everyday slicing.

The knife feels perfectly weighted and took to veggies like a dream, and knowing the board is free of permanent microplastics makes meal prep feel cleaner all around. I’ve already used them every day this week and they’ve held up beautifully.

I’ve been trying to cut out plastic from the kitchen, so knowing the board is plant-based and free of permanent microplastics sold me instantly. The knife keeps its edge nicely for an 8-inch, and the balance feels right in hand even during longer prep sessions.
