Finally swapped my old flimsy board for this one and the 100% plant-based surface has a nice grip that keeps things steady while I chop. The knife feels balanced and sharp right out of the box, which made prepping dinner way less of a chore tonight.
My knife finally stops sliding around mid-chop—that board’s grip is a game changer for quick weeknight prep. The blade feels balanced and sharp right out of the box, so dicing onions took half the time it used to.
The plant-based board is remarkably sturdy, and the knife keeps its edge through a full week of meal prep without any fuss. It’s become the first thing I reach for in the kitchen, and cleanup is honestly a breeze. Just wish I’d upgraded sooner.
